Have you ever thought you didn’t know the answer until someone prompted you to speak it aloud? That knowing is a powerful feeling, and the more often we experience it, the more empowered we feel to trust our instincts and do our small part in making the world a better place. I know many of you out there spend so much of your time giving to others, doing for others. The coaching relationship is all about YOU, so that you can be all about them.

I’m Trisha, a rural person living in northeastern Vermont with my husband and three kids. I feel passionately about nonprofit work, and once I discovered the power of coaching, I knew that was the helping profession I had been looking for. Starting my own business is my way of reaching out to help heal and strengthen more people and more nonprofits than just one at a time, and I’m excited to work with you.
