I am an executive level nonprofit manager and Certified Professional Coach. I had an opportunity early on in my career to engage with the world of community development: affordable housing, financial literacy, non-profit partnerships, over-extended boards… and being vulnerable with other leaders, building trust, and hoping it would be enough to move collective impact projects forward to the benefit of my neighbors.
This extensive non-profit community experience has shown me the value of building capacity in rural areas, and the transformative power of coaching. As a grant writer, I love getting to an understanding of the project at hand and how it will make a difference in the lives of the people it will impact.
I’m inspired by my mother, a long-time rural changemaker through the Women’s Institutes of Canada and the Associated Country Women of the World. Through her work I have seen how empowering women, especially in small communities, lifts everyone up.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we have seen estimated that 2 million and more women have left the work force for countless reasons. Each of those reasons represents a pressure point, a decision, and consequences, and as a coach I am here to listen, support, and center the individual and her unique needs and circumstances to help take the next steps forward, whatever “forward” might mean.
I’m a rural person living in northeastern Vermont with my husband and three kids. I feel passionately about nonprofit work, and once I discovered the power of coaching, I knew that was the helping profession I had been looking for.
Starting my own business is my way of reaching out to help heal and strengthen more people and more nonprofits than just one at a time, and I’m excited to work with you.
Originally from Quebec, Canada, I immigrated to the USA in 2011 and have devoted my career to community development. I also love music, baking (especially giving food away!) and bonfires, even in the winter time.

" Trisha has helped me peel back layers of insecurity, self doubt, anxiety, and other people's expectations, to uncover my own heart's true needs and desires. This clarity of purpose has allowed me to take great leaps in myself and invest in dreams I never before allowed myself to dream. I've suddenly accomplished goals that have made a lasting impact in my community because of the self-confidence Trisha has helped me unlock."
